What we collect
- Email address and a hashed password, so you can log in.
- Order history: service, quantity, the public link you submitted, timestamps.
- Payment records from the provider. We never see full card numbers.
- Basic server logs, including IP address, kept for fraud checks.
What we never collect
Channel passwords, Google account access or anything that would let us log in as you. If any panel asks for that, stop.
Why we hold it
To deliver orders, to run refills, to answer support, and to keep tax and fraud records the law requires. Nothing here is sold, and we do not run advertising trackers that follow you off the site.
Who sees it
Our payment processor sees what it needs to take payment. Upstream providers receive the public link and quantity for your order, never your email. That is the full list of third parties.
How long
Order and billing records: six years, as required for accounts. Server logs: ninety days. Everything else goes when your account does.
Deleting your data
Ask through contact and we will close the account and delete what is not legally required to keep. Related documents: terms of use and refund policy.
