1. Your account
One account per person or business. Keep your login private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account, so if you share access with a team, share it carefully.
2. Deposits and balance
Funds added to your balance are for buying services on this panel. Balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Unused balance stays available while the account is active.
3. Orders and delivery
Rates, minimums and speeds are shown on the services page and can change when supply costs change. Start times are estimates. Once an order is running it cannot usually be cancelled, because the delivery has already been bought upstream.
4. Your channel and links
Give a correct public link. If a link is wrong, private, or the channel is deleted mid-order, the order is treated as delivered. We do not need and will never request your Google password.
5. Refills
Services listed as non-drop carry a refill window stated in the service name. Refills cover drops below your ordered amount inside that window. Changing the channel handle, hiding the subscriber count or deleting content voids a refill claim.
6. What we will not accept
- Orders for channels containing illegal material or content involving minors.
- Chargeback abuse. One fraudulent chargeback closes the account permanently.
- Attempts to overload, scrape or resell access to the panel infrastructure itself.
7. Limits of what we promise
We deliver the service you buy. We do not control YouTube, its policies, or how its systems treat any channel, and no smm panel that says otherwise is being straight with you. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
8. Changes
These terms can be updated. The version on this page is the current one. Questions go to contact, and money matters are covered in the refund policy.
